This will convert a 1220x910 image into the format needed to replace Aiko's sex CG.
You will still need to import it into your game files manually.
Use the Unity Assets Bundle Extractor tool, open a copy of your resources.assets, sort by file size, and Plugins->Edit the atlas0 with Path ID 61. Follow this video if you need.
